  • Nadine Segadlo is a researcher and a PhD candidate at the Institute for Migration Research and Intercultural Studies (IMIS) and the Institute of Social Sciences, Osnabrück University in the area of Forced Migration and Refugee Studies. She works in the research project “Women, Forced Migration – and Peace? Peacebuilding Practices of Women in Refugee Camps” led by Prof. Dr. Ulrike Krause. In her doctoral project she deals with global norms on peace and their localisation in Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya. Her research interests focus on the conflict-displacement-peace nexus, humanitarian refugee protection, global policies and norms with a regional focus on Africa.
